Tire Rack Consumer Review of the Hankook Dynapro HT RH12

I just replaced my aging Michelin tires with this set from tire rack. A week after we had our first "snowstorm" in northern NJ. The tires handled the snow with no issues. I saw a lot of 4x4 SUVs sliding up one hill by us and I had no issues at all. In the dry the tires are very quiet and the steering response is similar to the Michelins, which were a lot...  Read More

Tire Rack Consumer Review of the Goodyear Eagle Sport All-Season (W-Speed Rated)

The original Hankooks on my Chevy Sonic were absolutely the worst tires I have ever owned. In the snow, you are better off leaving the car in the driveway. I recently put a set of Goodyear Eagle Sport All Seasons on my Chevrolet Sonic LTZ sedan. Huge improvement over the Hankooks. Ride, handling and noise have improved considerably. The car feels more glued...  Read More

Tire Rack Consumer Review of the Hankook Ventus S1 noble2

I have only 8K on the tires but they are def not an all season tire, you will need winters. As for driving in dry conditions i would rate them as average in the way of noise and handling.. i just recently bought the Extreme Continentals DW for my convertible and for the extra few bucks i suggest going with them. Hope this helps.   Read More

Tire Rack Consumer Review of the Hankook Optimo H727

Was looking for a good tire in snow/ice conditions without going to dedicated winter tires. Read great reviews on this tire. Sales people try to steer towards more expensive Michelin (think it was MVX4) but this tire has been great, way better than oem tires on Forester XT, awesome in winter, and they seem to be very durable on top of all these great...  Read More

Tire Rack Consumer Review of the Hankook Ventus S1 noble2

Initially the tires were very hard, so they were noisy and felt every bump. After about 2-3,000 miles they softened, and now they are super quiet and very smooth. They handle excellent in dry conditions, and don't lose much in wet conditions or in snow. Great tire for sporty cars in northern climates. They also seem to be wearing evenly. You just have to be...  Read More

Tire Rack Consumer Review of the Michelin Premier A/S

Replaced my worn-out OEM Hankooks (that had 30k miles on them) with these tires. The car drives completely differently! The OEM tires were horrible. VW should be ashamed of themselves for putting junky tires on a good car. Anyway, my wife and I are totally satisfied after two months and would recommend these to anyone. Well worth the price!   Read More

Tire Rack Consumer Review of the Hankook Ventus S1 noble2

Hankook Ventus S1 noble2 replace OEM ContiSport 5P and I am very happy with the Hankook's performance. Much quieter so far as well. And they will last close to 3X's longer (I hope) than the ContiSport 5P's and cost way less as well. I am willing to give a minor trade off in performance to get what I feel is a much better value tire in the Hankook's. These...  Read More

Tire Rack Consumer Review of the Hankook Ventus S1 noble2

Purchased set of 4 tires and wheels for 2004 COMP GTP. Love the tires. Felt every bit as good as Michelin Pilot Sport tires that I have purchased many times in the past for many of my vehicles. I really saw no difference between the Hancook and the Michelins with possibly the exception of initial cold weather ride when first starting out. There is a very...  Read More

Tire Rack Consumer Review of the Hankook Ventus S1 noble2

In the first 3 months I've driven in dry, wet and winter conditions and the tire has performed well. Comfortable and quiet ride. I replaced bridgestone potenza grid 019 and these are very quiet in comparison. Good tire at a great price, especially when purchase included a $60 rebate. I hope the tread wear proves strong over the next 3-4 years.   Read More

I love the RS3s. They handle so well in the summer, auto cross, and track. I even use them in the winter, they make me look so cool drifting all around town!   Read More

Tire Rack Consumer Review of the Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus

Just buy the Bridgestone Serenity. Both of my '02 Merc E320 have them and they have done me well. I had to buy a new set of tires because Michigan's roads. Hankook V2 were suggested . Tired and returned. Bridgestone's again. Granted I have own 14 year old cars and my repair garage loves Michelin. Bridgestone has given me the best performance over the years.   Read More

Tire Rack Consumer Review of the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus

I have had several Town Cars. I have tried several Michelins, Hankooks and now these Pirellis. I liked the Hankook h727 better than the michelins but these pirellis blow the rest away. The speed rating for my car is a T but I got the V rated tires. Yesterday we had a good amount of snow here in New Jersey. The tires handled flawlessly on all surfaces in all...  Read More

Tire Rack Consumer Review of the Hankook Dynapro HP2

Just put these on the 2011 Chevy Traverse and the are much quieter/firmer/more responsive than the Goodyear Fortera HL OEM tires. Not alot of tires for this size, but this is an excellent choice. I have Hankook on my 2007 Pontiac Torrent (Dynapro AS) and will continue to buy this brand.   Read More

Tire Rack Consumer Review of the Hankook Optimo H426

These tires came new on my 2014 Ford Explorer Sport. I usually remove non-Michelin tires as part of a purchase deal or shortly thereafter. I was worried about these tires from the get-go especially reading the Tirerack reviews. In this size range there are not a lot of alternatives and I was not impressed by the Michelin Latitude's ratings or price so I...  Read More

Tire Rack Consumer Review of the General AltiMAX RT43 (H- or V-Speed Rated)

I put these on my Sonata to replace the stock tires which were the worst winter tires I've ever owned. These made me feel secure well beyond what I had hoped, the traction in snow was worlds better then the Hankook tires on my car at half the price. I'd recommend these to anyone that's having problems with traction in snow.   Read More

Tire Rack Consumer Review of the Hankook Kinergy GT

Got my new car with these already on it. Took my car cross country with these tires about 2,200 miles. the tires had about 1000 mi on it before the trip Began. The car was purchased in NY and if anybody knows how bad the roads are up there these tires still managed to stay quiet and handle well in snow. If you find a smooth road and go about 35 there's times...  Read More
