Initial Review, 2,000 Miles on Tires My previous set of tires were Fuzion HRi, and those were actually a pretty good tire for the $. That was my 3rd set across 2 cars. When I found them no longer available I was a little disappointed, but not after driving on these Kumhos. They give up a litle in launch performance to the Fuzions but that's probably the only place they do. Cornering ability is fantastic for a non-Max or Extreme-Performance tire. They're a little noisy but I have a radio. Wet weather traction is actually one of the big selling points and the data reports on the Tire Rack comparison tests show it having little fall-off on performance when the weather turns damp. My relatively limited experience so far (it's been dry this year) confirms that characteristic. I marked the wear as NA because I can't report on it yet. In a few more months I can make a judgement. Recently, I helped a customer find replacement tires for his 2011 MINI Cooper Countryman S. He had been running the Original Equipment run-flat in size 205/55R17. During our call, the MINI owner provided two main criteria. First, he wanted a non-run-flat tire that had all-season capability. Second, there was a restrictive price point that the customer requested. While looking for tires that were the O.E. size, I was coming across mostly run-flat tires, summer tires or options that were higher than the price he wanted.
