Testing the New Yokohama AVID ENVigor

Test ResultsWe recently wrapped up a test on Yokohama's new Ultra High Performance All-Season tire in a "head-to-head" against Michelin's Pilot Exalto A/S, Firestone's Precision Sport and Sumitomo's HTR A/S P01 tires. After spending some time on the track and on our "real world" road circuit, I was very impressed !

The ENVigor replaces the AVID H4S, AVID V4S and AVID W4S models in a variety of sizes, and is aimed at customers that want a great handling tire that still retains decent durability. The H & V-rated models are warranted to 60,000 miles and the W-speed rating is warranted to 50,000 miles.

The ENVigor provided the best wet traction of the group on our skid pad while giving the best estimated fuel economy on our road circuit!  (Read the full test results.)

Whether you need the Ultra High Performance All-Season W-speed rating, or the comfort of the High Performance All-Season H-rated version, the AVID ENVigor is worth a look!
