After the wildly successful Pilot Sport PS2 debuted in 2004, Michelin improved their designs and created the Pilot Super Sport. This new tire will offer the good road manners and fuel efficiency of the Pilot Sport PS2, but shows improvements in handling and braking during dry and wet conditions. 
With Ferrari equipping the 599 GTO from the factory with Pilot Super Sports, Michelin has a winner on their hands. We are looking forward to evaluating the Michelin Pilot Super Sport this testing season back home in South Bend, Indiana (once all the snow melts, of course). Which is about the time the Pilot Super Sport is estimated to be available in main stream sizing.
