One of the best tires in the High Performance All-Season category is the Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S. They have remained at or near the top of their class in the Tire Survey Results for the past 5+ years. They ride well, they handle well, they have reasonable snow traction and solid tread life. If you want a tire in this category, and they are available in your size and within your budget, this is the tire to choose.

If the Pilot Exalto A/S is not available in your size or price range, there are still some good alternatives.

The Yokohama AVID ENVigor (H&V) is an excellent tire as well. It has very nice handling characteristics, and increased emphasis on smooth, quiet ride compared to older Yokohama performance tires. They have a little bit less emphasis on snow traction compared to the Michelins, but if your winters are not too severe, this is an excellent alternative.

If you are looking for a little more snow traction than the Yokohama provides, and are willing to trade off a little bit of summer performance, the Dunlop SP Sport Signature (H&V) is a good option. Popular over the past several years, the SP Sport Signature has been a very solid addition to the market.

These options will be available in most of the common sizes, but may not cover every single application. Contact one of our sales specialists for personalized advice for your particular tire selection.
