Winter Wheels Make Changing Snow Tires Easier!

Wednesday, September 21, 2011 by Alex Mouroulis
Personally, I own a vehicle that I equip with a dedicated set of winter wheels and tires, while my other vehicle keeps the same wheels on year-round. Having the same set of wheels on my vehicle throughout the year can be a hassle when it comes time to switch tires. In my experience, it's much more convenient to have a dedicated set of wheels that allows me to install snow tires at my convenience, while saving me the cost of mounting and balancing. If you consider mounting and balancing at an average of $20 per tire, and this is done once in the fall and again in the spring, the costs quickly add up. Take a look at a few of our value-oriented winter wheel selections:

If you're debating on whether or not to invest in a set of winter wheels, consider that after a few years of mounting and balancing, you will have already covered the cost of a new set of wheels!
