Put these tires on the car at 18,000. Now have over 69k. Handling is amazing - 70mph on 35mph off-ramps. The only non-maintenance repair on my car is a new steering pump. The flat footprint puts almost 1/3 more rubber on the ground through turns. Extremely well built! These tires turned my RSX into a serious canyon carver! Highly recommend!

I have gotten 20K miles on these tires over 3.5 years and am down to the wear bars in the middle. Some of this wear is due to running too high pressure and wearing the middle out somewhat prematurely. Tires performed very well, some corners that I've taken were impressive. Driving was mostly city and congested freeway, but have made several trips up to the mountains where I was able to have a little fun in the TLS. The tires have been pretty noisy on some surfaces for the last year. This is probably too much tire for my driving habits.

These tires replaced the OEM Bridgestones at 50K. They alternate with snow tires in winter (as we live in the UP of Michigan) so have no real experience with significant snow driving. They performed well the first couple of years, but last year (the 3rd on) the noise level increased significantly. They may make it through one more summer driving season, but will have to be replaced then. I will probably consider other brands when looking next time, although the performance per dollar was probably above average and the tread looks quite attractive/agressive.

I'm very pleased with these tires. They definitely have the best balance of dry grip, wet grip, comfort, low noise, wear and value of any tire I've had.

-Dry grip: There's definitely tires out there with more dry grip, but these offer plenty of grip for street use. When they do break loose, it's pretty progressive and predictable.

-Wet grip: Excellent. These are probably the best tires I've ever had for wet pavement. Even in heavy rain, these tires pretty much grip just as well in the wet as they do in the dry. Very confidence inspiring.

-Steering response: About average. My vehicle doesn't have supper responsive steering though anyway, so it's hard to judge.

-Noise: Very quiet for a summer tire. Hondas/Acuras have a reputation for letting in a lot of tire noise, but even on my Acura these are very quiet.

-Comfort: Again, very good for a summer tire. Road imperfections are nicely soaked up.

-Wear: After 10,000 miles mine show minimal wear. These could probably last 35k-40k no problem. Possibly more with a less aggressive driver behind the wheel.

Summary: A fantastic all around tire if you don't mind sacrificing a little bit of dry grip. Also a great value for the money.

These tires have two upstate NY winters under their belts and I couldn't be happier. I owned a set of Blizzaks on my old Civic and these are as good or better for less $$. My nose heavy FWD Acura plows through ANYTHING I threw at it with these tires on. I would most certainly buy them again, as well as recommend them to others. From light powder to packed icy snow I've always had confidence and control. Take em to an unplowed parking lot to play around and you'll see what I mean!

These are now discontinued tires replaced by the Latitude Tour. Like the truck like off road aggressive look of the Cross Terrain tires. The tread is still good but the tires are literally developing large deep cracks in the tread blocks and side tread blocks and the rubber is disintegrating to the point where they now have to be replaced per the recommendations of multiple tire shops. Guess it is time to replace as they are OEM 10 year old tires now.

Possibly the best all season tire I've owned. Not great for snow, but excellant for rain and superior on dry pavement. The issue that I have with these tires is treadwear. With a softer compound on the outside blocks, it is impossible to wear the tire out FLAT across the tread. The 45K warranty only covers the tire if you wear it out evenly before 45K. Unless you drive like grandma, this warranty is a joke.

I have an AWD Acura RDX and both my wife and I drive it. I drive more aggressively then her and both of us are very pleased with these Pirellis. I will say I bought these mostly because of positive reviews by Tirerack and consumers. I have not had positive experiences with Pirellis in past but these after 4000 miles are great. In both dry and wet the tires inspire confidence. We had the Bridgestone Duelers on prior and these are MUCH quieter and better all around.

Superb tire for the money! Put them on my '03 MDX and went on a 3k mi. road trip. First noticed how much quieter they are than my old General Altimax which only lasted 30k mi. Much more stability and much better ride. Encountered lots of rain during the trip and there was NEVER any sense of loss of traction / hint of hydroplaning during even higher speeds (85mph). We'll see how wear goes, but so far - very impressed!!!

These came as original equipment on my Acura TL with all wheel drive and stick shift. I did not switch over to winter tires this year, and in light snow, I detected no loss of traction at all. I normally run separate winter and summer tires, but these tires with the all wheel drive are a good compromise for year round use.

I have had my TL for nearly 10 years and 175K miles. During that time, the only real complaint I had was it chew up tires. I generally got 18-20K per set, no matter the brand (Bridgestone, Michelin, Pirelli, BF Goodrich, Yokahama), but I got 30K out of my first set of these Continentals (50% more miles and much more reasonable cost, with no performance loss at all!). Could not be more pleased.

Compared to the stock Michelin, these tires are a fantastic value... Tires are just as good in every area as the Michelin, but even better in snow/ice, overall cornering, and wet traction... only failure might be treadwear might be diminished (who cares at 1/3 the cost???)

These are just an outstanding tire. They have improved the handling and ride of my Acura TL greatly. Traveling through the curves of I 64 on the Virginia and West Virginia state line I have to watch my speed. The ride and the handling in curves is excellent. In packed snow and light snow we had this year I had no slippage or loss of traction. In rain they slice through standing water with out pulling on the steering. I am glad the good reviews here lead me to buying the DWS.

I haven't had these very long but I thought I would share the experience at 5000 miles. They are good performing stiff tires and hardly seem to wear. They still have the same tread as 5000 miles ago similar to my last set of run flats (Michelins). The negative so far is even with a luxury class suspension and noise reduction you feel the road bumps like a sports car and hear noise. I don't know if non luxury class cars could deal with the bumps and noise. However, I am sold on run flat technology and feel the performance safety benefits far outweigh the noise and more vibration in the ride. That being said, these are good performing so far, I hope they last 45k miles like my last set of run flats did. So far so good.

Excellent tire dry and driven aggresively. Good tire when driving straight through rain soaked highways. Lively (slides) evenly when wet out and on entrance/exit ramps. Fairly poor with snow but this can be somewhat/largely attributed to the 235mm width. Safe travels.

I have worn out a number of very high performance tires on this car. All have their quirks. These are still low miles, so I haven't really tested them much, but so far so good. The PZero Nero offer surprisingly civilized ride, fairly low noise, with strong and predictable cornering. My suspension is mostly stock with Koni shocks, and these tires will out perform my suspension with no drama or unexpected motion, and max cornering on ramps is very stable and predictable. I am impressed that wet traction is very good and they still behave well. I can't wait to put them back on after snow season!

Just passed 5000 miles, bought this set in lieu of the OEM Michelin Primacy, mostly due to price, but for the specs as well. Not sure what kind of ice other drivers are talking about on here, but these tires are ABSOLUTELY USELESS ON ICE. Traction control kicked in with every start and even on mild curves, during a recent snow storm I was unable to get up the slightest of hills. I got better ice traction out of a nearly bald set of tires on my Pathfinder beater (2WD) than I did with these.

Water traction is significantly better, dry traction fantastic, and tread wear excellent as well. Experienced a near collision within the first 1000 miles when a driver swung into my lane without looking, I swerved hard to the right and the tires maintained control. There is a bit of an issue with (subtle) road noise, kind of sounds like bouncing one of those large rubber balls on linoleum at the toy store, becomes more pronounced above 80 mph. Great tire overall for the money.

This is my second set of these tires. My first set I had on an Acura RSX and they handled amazingly well with that car. So I purchased for my new FWD Mazda 3 Hatchback and mounted them on my stock rims. These tires are amazing in the snow. The car handles like an AWD car now with these tires.

I did some winter camping with friends that had 4WD trucks and to get to the campsite, you had to drive up a pretty steep snow covered dirt road, then drive down a snowmobile trail. The combination of these tires, traction control and manual transmission helped me get up the hill and to the campsite no problem. My friends with the 4WD trucks were making fun of me for wanting to try it, until I got to the top of the hill....they were pretty impressed.

For the price/functionality...buy these tires.
